Since moving here 2 years ago, A LOT has changed. Between the police being at either one of two apartments in my lot on a weekly basis, the smell of pot seeping through the windows, the SCREAMING white trash neighbors or the UNBELIEVABLY high PECO bill... I don't know what is the worst part. The rent is high and has increased every year, the class of tenants has decreased on a monthly basis and the indifferent management staff has stayed the same. I moved in not long after JPI took over and was attracted by their pet policy and "remodeled" apartments... bad move on my part not to do my homework.

As for Project Transition, I am in close proximity to at least 3 of the residences. No one has ever given me a problem, however, they are certainly not the most comfortable group to be around. One is a paranoid schizophrenic and talks to the voices on a regular basis as well as fights with the spare tire on the back of an SUV. This is why I have decided not to renew this year and will gladly move somewhere and have to pay a bit more to feel a little safer. I'm throwing my money away renting anyway... I want to get all I can out of the deal.

P.S. Maintenance has always been awesome, however, the girls in the office are a little special and don't read the requests you put in very closely... Call, don't use the online service.

if you are gonna talk about illegal inmigrants, they are far better than the f..ing project transition people, at least illegal inmigrants work their asses off, so don't be a fu..ing racist -----,
