I lived there 2 years ago, but I don't think that place changeed a lot. Anyway, that place was the worst Apt I've ever lived.
First, it was very noisy outside, especially in the evening and weekend.
Second, the buildings are very old, so you have to pay a lot on electricity. Not to mention termite problem. Actually I paid electric bill for my neighbor for six months. I fixed that, but I'm not sure if it cleared well.
Third, they raise monthly rent a lot when you extend your term. My case, it was more than 10% of monthly payment.
Fourth, when I moved out, they took a couple of hundred dollars from my deposit for cleaning. I live in a couple of Apt. in that area, but no one charged cleang fee when there was no damage. Truly, there was no damage at all, not even a singe nail hole. Also I cleaned up thoroghly when I moved out. Eventually I didn't have to anyway.
It's been more than 2 years since I moved out and I still wasting my money on Apt...
Almost 10 different apartments that I lived for the last 13 years, Jefferson is still the worst one...
