Old buildings, staff uncaring, maintenance OK, much better value with much more proffesional and nicer staff in the area, shop around, make this your apartment of last resort.

As a current resident this is right on, think this person didn't understand the "blocks" of the rating system, the only time staff is noce is when they are trying to get your signature on your lease, after that, they could fire all the office employees and you'd get the same service.
