I've been living here 2 years with my family. The Office staff is courteous, the Maintenance staff is very quick to respond. And other then the kids running around in the summer or that damn ice cream man it's a quiet place to live. For an older apartment complex it is very well maintained.

We've never had a problem with our cars being broken into or any safety issues. The occasional inconsiderate neighbor with loud music or talking to loudly outside does happen but you'll have that problem anywhere.

In my opinion the people that complain about the rent prices or have issues with the apartment staff are probably the people that are living beyond there means and have an attitude to begin with.

This was a decent review until the last comment. LOL. Just because someone complains about the prices doesn't mean they're living beyond their means. We've all complained about the price of one thing or another. I'm sure you complained about the gas prices a few months ago. That doesn't mean you could not afford it and you were living beyond your means. I left a 1 bed/1 bath apt at JOTC for a 2 bed/2 bath elsewhere. I pay like $50 more a month at the new place (better location AND all new appliances). I think people complain because they feel they can get more bang for their buck somewhere else (and honestly--they can).

this was probally made by the office staff cause all these statments are false and the police are at the complex almost every other day and the kids play hockey in the parking look and cause damage to vehicles the office does not care and other people park in assign spots for days on end and you have to hire a private tow company to tow them out of your spot and than get threaten for doing so cause the office does not care. plus people have sex in the playground at night where kids play at day and do drugs

^^^ Are you thinking of the same place? I personally don??t work there. In fact I Live here and have NEVER seen any of this. People do not have sex in the play ground, nor do they sit around and do drugs there. Police stroll through once and a while to make sure things look good, as they do anywhere else. And in fact, if you have an issue with that, it??s most likely you that is in the play ground doing drugs and having sex. That does not imply that you are among many others acting this way. There is a great place that will take your kind, its call Bucks Landing. I??m sure you will fit right in.
