Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
I have been living here for over a year now, and have not yet had any of the bad experiences I have read about. Yes it is expensive and the PECO bill can get a bit high if we are not careful, but maintenance has always responded within 24 hours,the staff is not always to most approachable but not outright rude, and the only noise I have ever heard is coming from the kids playing outside. Maybe I lucked out and live in a good building but I have no complaints about my neighbors or the apartment in general. I will say that the price is very steep and if I were to move it would be for that reason only. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
