I must disgree with most to all of the complaints on the Rude Staff. Alot of times people dont realize that there are two sides to everything. I have had a wonderful experience so far. We have been here since June and have no complaints. Service is great. They respond asap, leave a note, a follow up email, AND even a follow up call days later to make sure everything is working well. I can honestly say the only thing i am not satisfied with is the lack of light to our bedroom.. but that is just a sacrifice to the amazing privacy we have. A so far for this Tennent. I made sure not to write a review untill i really had a taste to digest.
