Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2009
I've lived here for many years and here are some of the pros and cons I've experienced:
Pros: Quiet neighborhood, safe place, good location - it's around everything, maintenance crew are outstanding and always fix the problems
Cons: Majority of the residents are degenerate trash, drafty windows make for cold winters, you can hear everything, I mean EVERYTHING your next door neighbors do, some of the office women are absolutely miserable
From what I've heard this is one of the better apartment complexes in the area. If you can put if the cons I listed the experience here shouldn't be too bad.
