Things do change. . .apparently the management is under control of the owner. When the owners chose to do away with snow removal equipment (which everyone noticed); I think that two people cleared all the walkways and stair very efficiently! Most places don't even offer that amenity! People should recognize what is being accomplished and get the whole story before jumping to conclusions.

I don't think the snow removal is the main problem with the new managers, and its sad that the resident managers are trying to hide behind the owners. Are they going to blame the owners for their HORRIBLE attitudes that I and apparently others here have noticed? I think not.
