I have been living here for three years, and in early '07 we got new resident managers. They are awful, to say the least. The woman is one of the most mean spirited people I have ever encountered, she apparently not only hates her 'job' but hates everyone else too. She is absolutely unwilling to help anyone. She has told me before that she is not paid enough to do anywork for this 'job'. Did I mention her only 'job' is to answer the phones and show people apartments' She sends out letters often reprimanding all of the residents like children for things like having bird feeders on their personal patios'!' She is always leaving nasty notes around the property. Her husband/live in boyfriend' does the apartment fixing up, which is meager at best. It takes him literally MONTHS to fill a request, no matter how urgent it may be.

I live here and the quarterly newsletter sent to residents stated 'no bird feeders' due to the fact that feed was falling onto residents who live on lower levels. Also the feeders attract rodents and excessive bird traffice making living unsanitary. That makes sense to me. I have never had to wait on a maintenance issue, EVER! Maybe this resident should take a look at themself!

Kim, I and a few other tenants have contacted you about these issues and others and you never returned our calls. I feel it would be more wasted time to try to call you, again. We are only being honest about our situations on these postings. It is only fair to give people proper waring about what really happens in the aparments they may be considering.

I still have received no calls from the tenants of Maiden Square to the Corporate Office. I suppose the issues that you speak of are not important enough to call the headquarters and complain where something might be able to be done about it. It saddens me to think that the closest line of communication you want to open is an anonymous internet slander rather than actually trying to solve a "problem". I still look forward for anyone to call me if you are serious. 412-366-5700
