This place is horrible, the landlord was just fired, due to being an alcoholic, that was drunk whether it was noon or 6pm. The new guy in charge isn't too bad, but still not great. Not only are the onsite staff not good, but the people from the realty company are just as bad, never had a good experience with them. The places have about 20 coats of paint on the wall. Nothing works right and half the stuff that gets "fixed" if youre lucky enough to get anyone to come help with the problems are not done the correct way. The parking is ridiculous, there is never enough parking and the parking lot is absolutely horrid.The outside looks nice with all the pretty flowers and stuff, but once you're in here, its a nightmare.Some of the doors here, do not even have deadbolts! I would NEVER reccomend anyone to live in these places. The money you will pay to live here is not worth it, I promise. So if you're truely thinking about staying here, rethink that decision. If you do decide to live here, one day you'll regret not listening to what I've said.
Im going to upload a few pictures of things that were not fixed the whole time I was here. One picture is a nasty cobweb that they did not clean up when we moved in. Another is the horrible paint job done on the wall. Another the holes in the walls where the heat source is(where there should not be a hole), another is the hole under the cabinets in the kitchen where the plumbing is. Another is the shower head not fixed and about to fly out of the wall.
