The only reason I am living in these apartment is because there are hardly any apartments around Washington and it was close to my work. You have to beg the management to get things fixed. I am still waiting for some things to get fixed in my apartment after two years. We have bad mold problems around the windows because the windows are very poor and need replaced. They raise our rent each year but they don't want to fix anything. The staff can be rude at times.
