Would not pick these apartments The only reason I am living in these apartment is because there are hardly any apartments around Washington and it was close to my work. You have to beg the management to get things fixed. I am still waiting for some things to get fixed in my apartment after two

Decent place to live in the city. Maiden Square is on the edge of town which is suitable to me since I'm not into city living so much but this is an easy commute to my work. The property is quiet and fairly well maintained. I like the idea of living in block buildings--it's a great safety

We like it here! After finding this site to locate an apartment we found that the office staff was extremely informative and honest in regard to amenities offered. We viewed several available units around the area and found Maiden Square to come the closest to what we expected for the money.

Have Called It Home 2( ) Years Great Amenities, great location, friendly property managers. However, like the prior reviewer mentioned, with the 2-bed, no garage apartments, whenever the above floors flush/shower/run sink, you here the drainage like a waterfall above
