Location is great and apartments have charm with unique layouts and exposed brick wall, however I question if it's worth dealing with the poor management. Most units have been renovated, however they do a minimal job when it comes to fixing things. Some maintenance requests are not even acknowledged after repeated inquiries. The basement floods during big storms and they just let the water drain out - never come around and mop or bleach - the place has to be full of mold. There are constant smaller leaks in the basement - they just post "wet floor" signs on them. Only 2 washer/dryers for the entire unit - that often break. The 'new' management shows no improvement over the old and the owner is cheap - it shows they're just taking your money and don't care about their tenants at all.
