the laundry room does flood during heavy rains (see pic). The landlord/owner never come to clean it up, the water just sits until it dries up or drains back out. i can deal with some dirt outside of my own place and am not a clean-freak, however this has to be unhealthy. i also agree with the noise issues. i hear more than i need or want to from the unit above me. If you look at the apartments, be sure they show you the basement and laundry area, you'll see the filth for yourself.
