Nice building, nice location. The good ends there. The hallways and stair cases are not cleaned, ever. St.Patrick's day 2007, huge snow storm. They plowed after the storm ended and piled the snow pile in front of the only walk way to the parking lot. I called 5 days in a row asking them to shovel the sidewalks and move the plow pile. Each time the same guy told me " I didn't know there was a problem" Each time I told him he was a liar. The two snow sotrms before that they did nothing at all to clear the sidewalks or the parking lot. They just waited for it to melt. The basement floods, the laundry area floods and smells. The washers and dryers break a lot. The outside lights work most of the time. There are no lines in the parking lot, so finding a place to fit your car is a gift. The day care center and chiropractor's office down the street park in our lot. The owner gets paid for that I was told. I can hear my upstairs neighbors walking around, all the time. The landscaping of the flower beds and triming of the trees was done for the first time in July. I have personaly spread salt in the winter and trimmed the bushes back off the side walk, since they don't seem to care. Today August,3-07 there is a sink hole in the parking lot. It is 6 inches around and about 4 feet deep I called on Tuesday July, 3. They put a cone on it today. I wonder if they will fix it before it before it grows and swallows a car' To my surprise the hole was fixed on 8-7-7,by the township I think. I would say that this is not the kind of place you should move into. If Halfpenny management cared at all about making this a nice place it would be agreat place. But now it is turning into a real slum. I wish this system allowed me to give zero stars.
