Glenhardie is out of money, because in my opinion the management ran us basicly into the ground. It's run by some outside company. (Penco Management)

That's mean poor landscape, no snow removal and the lack of enforcing the rules.

I would stay away, a lot of hidden problems.

Oh.. termites too..... Have the pictures to prove it.
