Convenient with golf

Convenient location for commuting and shopping. Quiet neighbors and good management that keeps things clean. Golf is affordable and is a well maintained par 3 nine hole course. Swimming pool in summer is nice amenity also.

The downsides: outdoor parking and hallway entry. Also, buildings are showing age and need some updating in hallways.
