I find the bad reviews astounding. As with any private rental, the place that you rent is only as good as the Landlord!!! The owner is responsible for the condo. The condo management, CMI was average. They were responsive when I called and I thought snow removal was OK. The associations money issues were a result of many things. But, as I was leaving a new management company and new officiers were in place.

As far as the apartment itself, the rooms were large and the bathrooms were large. Unit was little over 1100 sq ft. I lived on the first floor and did not have any noise. Laundry facilities are on each floor of building. Approx 7 units per floor. Had to share w/7 units, not a problem. Big perk not mentioned here is that HEAT and WATER are included in RENT! You are only paying for electric, which is your lights and A/C. I would move there again based upon Landlord and Building. This is a condo community, not a apartment complex. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
