I lived there for 3 years. The condo owners and the country club people are a bunch of old world PA hick people for whom time has passed by. They live on, or are members of a 2-bit par-3 nine-hole golf course and they think they live on Pebble Beach !
The residents are mostly old 50 plus people with a bunch of divorced or single sexually
frustrated hags who go to bed at 8 PM and
complain about your stereo sound if the volume is at 1 notch :))
The office staff are a bunch of incompetent bureaucrats who dont take any action on real issues and just sit and mail out fines for violation of stupid and arcane condo rules. Nice way to make extra money :))
Had a tough time selling the place. Finally dumped it and took a loss.

I agree with all the comments, I can't believe the restriction in the place especially if I am buying the place. Tired of the sick condo rules, I should be able to decorate my patio or my house in the way I like, not be fined for doing so. this is ridiculous!! Will get out of this place very soon too
