I have been here for almost 3 years saving money to buy a house, and throughout my stay I must say that I have had nothing to complain about. I guess that is enough to warrant a compliment.
The management is reasonable. If I ever had any questions, just pick up the phone and call to get answers.
The maintenance is quick to respond and very polite when working inside your apartment.
Neighbors seem normal, mostly younger working professionals and are rather quiet (or at least I can't hear them outside of my apartment).

I wish I was staying in Wayne, but can't afford to buy around here. I guess that means my rent is rather reasonable. LOL!
