I lived in the Kingsway apartments for several years and was very happy with it. Though small, it was quiet, had been recently renovated, and was a good value compared to nearby apartments. It was also in the perfect location in Wayne directly across the street from Wawa, Baskin Robbins, and Anthropologie. Whenever something needed fixing, the maintenance people were there immediately to take care of it. And there's lots of parking.
