Bad, unsafe complex. very dirty, smelly. bad management and maintenance. do not care about resident issues.
You can hear everything between paper thin walls. Apartments are old and un maintained. Smells of cigarettes in halls that enters into your apt!
Look elsewhere! Lots of other places around! Once you sign your lease here...you never can get out without a lawyer!
