Compared to the places around the area, La Maison ranks high in my book. It's lovely to look at from the outside, with well-kept grounds and regular public area updates. Management is extremely responsive and recently updated sliding doors and hallway carpets. Noise from other apartments is not at all a problem, as I NEVER hear voices, music, TV, etc. I DO hear washing machines, toilets flushing and other water and air conditioning types of sounds. Personally, I'm ok with that compared to voice noise. Location is great and residents are a nice mix of young, old, singles, families. Highly recomment.
