Complex is large and well managed. Lanscaping is very nice and well maintained. Office staff is helpful and understanding. Maintance staff is usually prompt and complete the job well.
Parking is at a premium- covered parking is available at extra cost.
Rent is a little high but is typical of the Main Line. I've looked at all the apartment complexes in the area before settling here and let me tell you that there is alot of crap out there and this is definitely not one of those places.
