Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
This place is very nice, quiet, and well maintained but the price for a one bedroom is just too high. Rent goes up about 4.5%/yr and when you're already paying a very large amount, that adds up VERY quickly. I just don't understand why a two bedroom is only $150-200 more than a one bedroom. TOO EXPENSIVE!!!
