The apartments are really nice and you get a nice balcony for your apartment, but parking is a pain. If you come home after 8pm you can forget about parking anywhere close to your apartment. They price the apartments out of the market and don't pay for any utilities. And in the winter the heat bill is well over $100 each month. Two bedrooms are $1300 a month which is a mortgage payment for a $350,000 house. If you have money to blow this is the place for you.
