Nice, but...

These apartments are very spacious, safe, comfortable and the newly renovated kitchens are nice. But, the parking is atrocious. Some nights if you get back late there is absolutely no parking and you either have to park illegally or leave the complex and park at the adjacent Genaurdi's. Also the utilities are not included and the gas heat in the winter will run you about $130/month and air in the summer on your electric bill will add about $75/month. Overall though I like my appartment, just wish they could fix the parking situation.
