rude nasty managers

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
This place is so old it is falling apart. The balconys are dangerous. The place needs a good paint job, and the managers are so ignorant and rude. Stay away. They don't want to hear about or fix any problems. My experience led me to by a half million dollar house instead.
