When I first moved in, I had some serious problems with rudeness from management, but afterwards, it was fine. The apartment itself was nice, although try living on the top floor if you are bothered by squeaky floorboards from neighbors above. Maintenance was usually pretty good, filling requests quickly. I think my favorite thing about it was that I had quiet neighbors, so living there was mostly peaceful.

I agree with the rude managers and office workers. Not a nice company to deal with at all, so we moved. Too old, not enough upgrades...to expensive and not worth it.
