I agree with the last review- I don't know what they are doing so that they have to do lawn work almost every day. It is loud and annoying, especially since I work mainly from home and was told before we moved in that this particular area of the complex was quiet. It is no exaggeration to say that they are up to this for hours. For instance, they started early this morning, they aren't done yet, and it is almost noon. Don't expect to sleep late on a weekday. The apartment has had plenty of bugs since we moved in, and it also smells. The air conditioning and the fridge are loud to the point where you will have to turn the tv up if they go on, which they do a lot. All of the vents are located by the windows and doors, so the cool air escapes right outside (as I'm sure the heat does in winter, but we will be leaving long before then). I'm a little afraid to use the stove because of the big yellow flames. We moved into a two bedroom, two bath, and the apartment is small. All of our stuff doesn't fit in the apartment, and we moved from a two bedroom, two bath apartment, not a house. Be careful if your couch is large- ours didn't fit around the narrow hallways and is now in storage. There are a large amount of college students in the complex, so if late night partying bothers you, you might want to avoid the place. The workmanship on just about everything is incredibly shoddy. This place is an expensive dump and we will be leaving before our lease is up just to escape.
