I never realized how important parking was until i lived here. It is next to impossible to find a spot within a mile of your apartment after 7pm. The rent is exorbitant but what do you expect on the "uber-fancy" main line' Not that this apartment is uber-fancy by any stretch of the imagination but it's not too shabby either. The Genuardi's out back was a nice perk and the onsite gym was also a plus, although it is somewhat claustrophobic. The residents are mostly stuffy and can't bear to look you in the eye to say hello, but again - we're dealing with the main line here. I would recommend looking around for a better deal before moving here but overall it's okay.
