I think it all depends on exactly where you are in this complex. However, the only problem I have is during the winter parking can be a problem after 8:00 pm. But very nice place, love the local shopping, the park across the street and I never hear my neighbors. It is a little expensive but I actually save money with the local market and little commute distance I have, whereas the cheaper apartments I found were too far away or inconvenient.
