Poor lighting, broken laundry facilities, leaky apartments, mice, outdated kitchens, weekly visits from the local police, screaming tenants at 4:00 A.M., poor parking and a non-existant management. Welcome to the Regency! Even though the apartments are large, this does not excuse the condition of this poorly maintained complex. Don't expcet management to do anything as they treat their tenants like dirt if you ask them for something. Pay the extra for another apartment complex as this makes a stalag look like a luxury resort.
