it's a very old building, with broken air conditioners, no heat, leaky roofs for most(not us though!)
it smells awful in the hallways, its poorly lit, no lighting outside...its actually scary at night.
construction is a pain, they make a lot of noise during the day (thank god the explosions stopped)
driving up creek road is a nightmare, people drive like crazy and people park on the road when there are games so you almost kill all the soccer moms just wandering around.
lights go out all the time. be sure you know how to use your socket breaker. oven sucks. stove sucks. completely out of date kitchen.
it is very large though. a little too large..you have this wide open space and its just an awkward layout.
management is no where to be found. you don't even need to pay rent. honest to god. they don't even notice. i've heard it from multiple tenants!
its not bad if you want a roof over your head. but if you don't want flooding don't live on the ground floor or the first floor. and make sure you look at the ceiling before you sign the lease!
