The Regency was a great spot to live for the 5 years that i was in the area! biggest apartments around and the setting was beautiful, especially in the spring. Being that the building is located behind the Radnor Township Police Building, the security was great. The people that run the building seem to always be around for an added sense of security and quick for maintenance help. A must see property for me!!!

This must be a plant, who was this, the manager? 'A must see property for me', who uses that kind of phrasing?, it doesn't even make sense. This is totaly false, read the other 30 reviews for the truth......

above response is accurate. they are losing their "good" tenants & becoming a haven for not so respectable people. too busy raising rents, not keeping things clean, more worried about their own homes than the apartments that could be beautiful, waste money hiring too many "chief's" and ignoring the obvious, even placeing a good team on board almost 2-yrs. ago,(which they are), they refuse to hire additional competent(key word) competent help to assist, we wouldn't be suprised if the couple they hired doesn't become so frustrated that they don't resort to moving to a place that would recognize their talents and let them do their work without being forced to forget about quality. They are the only ones who really seem to care. If managed properly this place COULD become a great place to live, the setting is beautiful, it seems like such a waste, can't wait for our lease to be over,
