I just moved to The Regency, and just love it. The building is clean and the apartments are so big. I love that is so convenient to everything yet in a great serene setting with access to the radnor path and the finest shopping. It is the best secret building on the Main Line and with the security of the Radnor Police with in ear shot

My first reaction to this post was complete shock. Having lived in the Regency for a year, I can say with confidence that there is little to nothing positive about the apartments. In fact, I'm surprised that the Radnor Township health department hasn't closed the building. This post, titled "Great Secluded Building" is clearly an attempt by the Regency management to bring some balance to the negative consensus arrived to by every other user who has posted feedback here. Please do not be deceived. There is obviously a good reason why only 29% of people recommend living here. I advise reading through the posts on this website, and if that doesn't convince you not to move in, go visit the place yourself. Be sure to ask about the abandoned in-ground pool on the property, which I'm sure contains the West Nile Virus.

I agree with the above sentiments-dirty, not enough competent help-would rather pay for additional "chief"s" that are ill-prepared, ill-equipped and especially ill-mannered, just like the main owners!

I agree with those who responded to this review. Also, about access to the Radnor Path. It is unlit hard to find narrow dirt path with no steps to walk up the low but rather steep slippery hill to the trail. And don't ask Peter to create an easier access to the trail, as he doesn't want there to be one.

I would also like to refute the original rating. This is a very secure area & the maintenance staff has been working diligently in the past two years that they have been here to make sure that everything is working properly & the building is being upgrade constantly, along with cleaning common area's, etc., only the tenants who refuse to pickup after themselves create problems & yet they seem like the first ones to falsely invent problems--I guess to "ease their conscience" or because they received memo's to cleanup after themselves.

This last post is clearly the management attempting to discredit the numerous negative reviews. Let me tell you that this is a terrible place to live. Tenants should have to pick up after themselves in their apartment, but what does "picking up" have to do with the holes in the walls, cracks, leaks, paper thin walls, and the filth that was here before any of us move in. The maintenance staff (one person) does work diligently, but it will take a miracle army to fix this place. Don't move in, I wish someone would have told me before I did.
