So im changing this review. Because of a certain person who didn't like my review "when i supposedly don't live here".

Well, i live here. Here are the pros: Laundry on site, nice staff, adequate parking, spacious apartments (may just be mine), well lit hallway, 10 min drive to either 202, 476, 252, or route 3, allowed to have dogs and cats.

Cons: maintenance/up keep and one washer/dryer per floor.

I'd recommend living here if you want something low cost and need to save money. I don't plan on staying for more than a year so i can get something nicer. If you decide to rent make sure EVERYTHING is fixed before moving in (i missed some items). Also alot of the neighbors seem to be villanova college students. The only thing that makes the apartment worth it is the amount of space. Other rental properties on the mainline offer same rent but less space. They may be a little nicer and apartments may be fixed properly. But they all didn't have enough space.

So if low cost, accesible to major roadways, and extra space is important to you, then check out the apartment.

I actually like having the laundry on property. No mold in our unit, and my husband is allergetic. We get an electric bill from the complex, seems to be fair. Great location for the money.

good luck. i had to move out after about six months, and many visits to the doctors. turns out the place is covered in mold, which apparently i'm allergic to. not everyone is allergic to mold, but it is very dangerous, regardless. also, the lack of heating was not always fun. get a space heater if you want to even stay remotely warm.

Great, let's take advice on a place from someone who just looked at it but doesn't actually live there. FYI-living there might be a different story, just read the reviews posted prior to this one. 'nuff said!
