You don't have a mail box? That's wierd. you have to go to the Wayne post office to pick up your key for the place.

Dear Mary Jane aka an employee of the Regency. So im being a cry baby when I have not had heat since feb!?!?!?!?!!? and what about the prick Peter telling me he was going to fix my windows before i even moved in and then didnt so in fact I MYSELF fixed it. My problems have never been addressed ever and since you must live in a fairy tale land and clearly could not live in the same place im talking about...I have talked to several tenants who live on the first floor who absolutely hate it. I spoke to a woman last month who has lived there for 5 years and said that every time she has to pay rent she has to slip it under the door...AT 11AM ON A MONDAY!!!!!!!! They are never ever in the office, the secretary is too busy stalking myself and other neighbors about apparent cigarette trash that I threw WHEN I HAVE ASTHMA AND DONT EVEN SMOKE!!!!!! If you have anything else you would like to comment about and see what kind of crybaby i am, by all means, stop on by apt. 60 and i'll be sure to show you a crybaby. Get a life

There is always soeone to contact & turn a list in of things that need done. Their maintenace dept., receives & follows up according to priorties, but they do respond, I can't believe this was not explained to you, along with the proper procedure to contact them. Also, if you read your lease--it does state that window treatments are the responsibilty of the tenants, if you didn't agree with that--why did you sign a lease??? Quit being a "cry-baby" & follow procedure & I know your problems will be addressed. I live her & know this to be true.
