These apartments are terrible. Upon signing the lease, we made a list of everything that needed to be fixed. 8 Months later nothing was done, not even the basic things. The landlord wants to fix nothing. He is rude and ridiculously cheap. They take forever to fix everything if they even care to fix it. I cannot wait to get out of here and am only staying because I have no other choice at the moment. As soon as my lease is up, I will be moving any place but here. I mentioned the Civitella's to a friend who has lived in the area for 35 years. She laughed and said they are the worst landlords in town and have had a reputation for 25 years of being slumlords and CHEAP! avoid these apartments, i have yet to hear anything good about them.
