I have lived in The Regency and after many small Main lIne apartments with no space. I felt like this was home. Great setting and the I could walk to shopping and transportaion. This is a classic charming Main Line Building.

I have also rented at several Main Line locations and I completely disagree. I'm not sure what transportation you're referring to that's within walking distance as the Radnor train station is just about a mile and a half away. The outside is nice with the exception of the abandoned in-ground pool, pool house, and parking lot for overflow from the nearby car dealership. Please do not live in this place. Use it as your very last resort and don't plan on staying there long. It was, in my experience, the worst place I've ever lived. It was unclean and the maintenance staff (which consisted of two people) was far too small to handle the needs of the entire building. Also, we found out that there was a homeless alcoholic squatting in one of the abandoned apartments on the top floor. Obviously you can understand how we felt that our safety was compromised. On top of it all, the landlord is totally unreasonable and a tyrant. He'll put on a show for you when you're looking to move in, but be advised, he is not a nice person and difficult to deal with. Please do not live here.
