I've been in strafford apartments for about 6 months now. The overall apartment is decent-- and the complex is in a great location. The first few months were rough because of a major ROACH problem, which took management forever to address properly. We also had 6 mice in our kitchen cabinets which was extremely disgusting. Once we got through that mess everything was ok and I am pleased with the apartment. The halls smell really gross though.
