I moved in about 2 months ago and I love it here. I chose this apartment because this is one of the best neighborhoods in all of PA. I am a person who is very concerned with my safety and I would never pick a place that seemed questionable.

The apartments all have been renovated, with the exception of the bathroom which isn't bad in the first place. If I can give some advice, check out the actual apartment you will be getting and not just the model. The bathroom in the model apartment is beautiful and all white, but since they are not included in the renovation, they are old in all the other apartments. The tile is a brown color in mine.

My actual apartment is close to the train tracks (probably 20 feet), but the noise isn't a bother at all. After a few days I didn't even notice the trains anymore, and I think the trains stop running at night because I've never been woken up by a train. Although the train tracks are close, they are covered by thick trees so there are no bad views of them.

I've only had one problem so far-- my air conditioner broke. But it was handled very quickly. I called the office and 30 minutes later the maintenance man came and fixed it.

Parking is so-so. There is plenty of parking in the middle of the day, but it gets packed toward evening. They really should assign spots or something. Watch out for speed bumps that seem to blend into the ground until you are right on top of them!

The one bedroom apartments are huge compared to every other apartment complex I looked at- and I checked out about 20 others in person before picking Strafford Station.

Huge plus-- NO BUGS!! Thank goodness!

Overall, this is the best place to live. It's clean, safe, and reasonably priced for the area.
