I have lived in almost 5 different apartment complexes and can say this is the worst apartment complex;
1) The apartment given to me was very dirty. Dishwasher was old and didnt work. I complained many times and they didnt bother to replace it or fix it.
2)My apartment is on the third floor(topmost) and water from rains leak through the walls of the roof giving big, wet stains. I complained many times and then after atleast 10 complaints they fixed it. It was annoying and frustrating
3) Apartment is full of silverfish. When you complain they tell you to take care of it.they cant do anything about it.
4) Any complaint should be made atleast 3 to 4 times for them to fix.
5) Unless its an upgraded apartment (which is way more expensive) all the items in it are very old and most are broken or coming apart.
6) The apartment is nothing like the office and therfore if the show you the office or any model, dont be fooled. These are very old apartments and they need to seriously consider a mass renovation of all their apartments. The only thing they have that is nice is their balcony and their sliding door which is new. Everything else is old, ugly and broken. The worst is their management staff which does not take your complaints seriously.
7) i wish I can leave this apartment but cant do because of the lease which the will not let you break.

Another negetive point is that durin summer either you suffer the heat or pay an electricity bill of around 300$ easily. Even If you can afford that apart from the rent, you can deficitely choose a better apartment complex for the same price. Its a total waste of mone and a night mare to live in Strafford Station apartments

Electric bills sucked, but I've put up with them, when the AC works. Had a silverfish problem, nothing was done by the management, but lucky for me I have cats that ate them...no trace when I get home. Once I did have a centipede that was easily 6-7 inches long...very fast mofo...but I've heard worse at La Maison. On the plus side, very quiet, except for the guy who snores next door.
