My time at Strafford Station has been very enjoyable. For the money, I would be hard pressed to find a better place to live in the area. The kitchens have just been updated with new appliances and the carpets have been replaced. The place is generally clean and the grounds are well-maintained. The office staff is very friendly and makes an effort to get to know the residents. My only complaints have been things that will be symptoms of apartment living anywhere--the people below me smoke on their porch and I have to close my door because I don't like smoke and we can sometimes hear excessive noise from neighbors, but I would actually say that the walls aren't all that thin. Also, sometimes snow removal isn't as prompt as it should be, but it could also be worse. Finally, the laundry facilities are coin operated and not always the most convenient (however, in their defense, just having on-site laundry is a convenience). Overall, I have really enjoyed living at Strafford Station and I would definitely recommend it to my friends.
