I moved in, willing to pay the high price. thinking it is a nice neighborhood and would be worth it. on move in day the apartment was filthy. dirt, grim, and spider webs every where. I wrote a list of complaints and submitted it. missing parts of the cabinets, leaking shower faucets, poor water pressure, windows that don't stay up... not one issue was resolved. shortly I noticed a moldy smell. after many attempts, I got a response from management. the company that came to clean up, told me they had been to the unit over a dozen times for mold and wet carpets.
there is no parking and people consistently park in the fire zone making it impossible to back out of legale spots. I've come home to not only find out that someone was in my unit, but had left the door open and broke things. the management said it was not them. I called the police. I am leaving early, breaking my lease. I have a lawyer and a police investigation in progress with this place.
I've dealt with all sorts of bugs, from silverfish, centepedes, roaches. to broken heaters and ac units. it took 3 weeks to replace the ac. the windows rattle and the drapes move when the wind blows. if the price was 300 less, it would be worth the money, maybe.
keep looking, this is a dirty, foul place.
