Awesome apartments & staff in the best location

Needing an apartment for my senior year at school, I looked around the area quite a bit. All were generally in the same price range, it just came down to the apartments themselves and the area. NOTHING could match Strafford Station. While others were either run down and scary, and some a little too "much" right on a busy main street with no parking, etc., this place felt like home immediately and offered everything.
In Wayne, or technically Strafford, a subdivision of Wayne, one of the best towns on the Main Line. Even better, it isn't directly on the main Lancaster avenue but a block or so right off of it. Still "right there" across the main street is a shopping center with Acme, K-Mart, Rite Aid, and other things, and there's a ton of small shops and places to eat in every direction. Rarer yet, the Main Line Septa R5 Strafford Station (hence the name) is right at the entrance, so you can even catch the train a few hundred feet from your door. Evening and night, parking fills up, but there's definitely parking for everyone who lives here AND they offer garages, if you want, for a small fee per month--something else you won't find anywhere near.
The apartments themselves are far from lavish, but they've kept them on a steady remodel cycle after people move out and all of the cabinets and appliances are generally new upon move-in. Everything was also clean and operational on move-in day. Each building is 3 floors, and everyone except for the ground tenants (semi basement/semi low first floor) have big sliding door & window combos and a big balcony--again, a rarity. I live in a studio, and for one person, it's perfect. Laundry is in the lower level of every building and also in the same room is an extra storage closet for each apartment.
And the staff, both before move in, during, and in everyday life are just pleasures to deal with and greet. Some of the most friendly and casual maintenance men and really great office staff. Aside from the apartments themselves, they also keep an eye on landscaping and grass maintenance and everything always looks good and well kept. The residents are a great mix of everyone from respectful college students--no rowdy partying or messes here--to some really friendly couples and elderly people.
Strafford Station is just an awesome place, and offers a combination of apartment quality, off the main street, close to everything, home-like atmosphere and surroundings, and a price that can't be matched. I'm so happy I live here, and would love to stay for a long time, if my post-graduate career is something in the area.
