I lived here for the 2007-2008 school year and was quite pleased. You can easily fit 3 roommates in a 2 br apartment to get your money's worth, having 2 people share the larger bedroom. The apartments themselves are very nice, clean, and spacious. The units on the top floor feel especially spacious because of the vaulted ceilings. It was nice to have a balcony as well. It was always quiet and felt safe. The only downsides are it can be hard to find a parking spot right in front of your complex certain times of day; and we found a mouse once (just once). It is also right next to train tracks, but I never heard the train passing. We had a problem with our A/C because the thermometer was broken, and it took a couple maintenance calls, but eventually it was fixed. These were very minor problems - everything else about the complex is great.
