If I had more than two thumbs, I'd put them down as well. This place has many problems. Sure, its cheap. Sure, its well-located. However, the apartments are small, old, and problem ridden. Everyone has plumbing problems. The laundry room is a dungeon and often flooded. Management is incapable. I could go on and on.
