I've read the previous posts. I moved out several months ago for many of the same reasons outlined in the other posts. Here they are in short:

-Poor Construction: crooked apartment, poor plumbing, lousy layouts, small closets, old, almost non-functional kitchens

-Mold: Yes, Mold. I had chronic sinus problems while living here. My apartment was so small that the shower would fog up my living room windows. This was probably the cause, even though I opened windows and used dehumidifier. Flooding doesn't help.

-Poor Maintenance - Nothing gets done right. Painting is a challenge.

-Security - Front door is always open. Never locked. PArking lot is extremely dark at night. Poor lighting because light bulbs need to be replaced.

-Location - Convenient but loud due to N. Wayne Ave and train tracks.

-Price: Overpriced in my mind. It's primely located but apartments are old and poorly maintained.
