Not very good. The common ares are pretty dirty and not very well maintained. The noise is terrible. You will be able to hear everything your neighbors do which is terrible. I would look elsewhere. I also had a problem with mice.

Great place to live I just recently moved out of Glenhardie after 5 years. I loved the time I spent in this complex.
My neighbors were friendly and were always willing to help out. The grounds featured mature trees with plenty of shade. Parking was never an issue.

Don't even think about it Overall poor condition of grounds, buildings, etc.
Had a company vehicle that they refused to let me park in a parking spot.
Neighbors were either illegal immigrants or 50 something women with pent up sexual frustration.
